WHEN RECORDS HA VE BEEN APPROVED FOR DISPOSAL, A LIST OF SUCH RECORDS SHALL BE SENT TO THE AUDITOR OF STATE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OHIO REVISED CODE SECTION 149.39.
